WeatherSignal is an informational service. It does not replace official warnings, forecasts, or guidance from national weather services, emergency management agencies, or other government authorities, and it does not provide medical, emergency, safety, legal, or financial advice. During severe weather or emergencies, always follow instructions issued by official authorities. See our weather disclaimer.

Forecasts describe likely conditions, not certainties. WeatherSignal does not warrant that any temperature, precipitation chance, wind value, alert, air quality reading, or WeatherSignal calculation is accurate, complete, or current. Confidence decreases the further out a forecast looks.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime, and we do not guarantee that any alert, warning, or notification will be shown, delivered, or delivered in time. Do not rely on WeatherSignal as your only source of emergency warnings.

Data is fetched from upstream providers, cached, and served to everyone. Every panel shows when the source published the data and when WeatherSignal last checked it, and flags data that has become stale. Delays, gaps, and provider outages happen.

WeatherSignal presents data from third-party and governmental providers listed on our data sources page. Those providers set their own terms and attribution requirements, which we follow. WeatherSignal does not control and is not responsible for provider data, availability, or accuracy, and does not issue government alerts itself.

The WeatherSignal name, design, interface, written explanations, and the WeatherSignal calculations (including Today's Weather Score and the practical checks) belong to BAIFI Analytics and Defense LLC. Underlying weather data belongs to its respective providers. You may read, link to, and share WeatherSignal pages; you may not scrape the site at scale, republish it as your own service, or remove attribution.

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not use automated systems to place artificial load or generate artificial traffic or advertising impressions.
• Do not present WeatherSignal output as an official government warning.
• Do not use the site in a way that violates applicable law or the terms of the underlying data providers.

WeatherSignal may display advertising. Advertisements are labelled and visually separated from weather content and never overlay, delay, or obscure severe-weather information. Donations are voluntary, are processed by PayPal, are not refundable except where required by law, and do not purchase features, improve forecast accuracy, or affect alert delivery.

The site links to official agencies, provider status pages, and other external resources. WeatherSignal is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of external sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAIFI Analytics and Defense LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of property, income, or data, arising from your use of or inability to use WeatherSignal, including reliance on any forecast, alert, score, or calculation shown here. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, in which case those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

Features, data sources, and these terms may change. Material changes to these terms are reflected by an updated date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
